When I walked into Jane Stephenson's painting class many years ago, I had no idea the impact it would have upon my life. I have enjoyed ceramics and other art forms throughout my life, and as an elementary school teacher taught art to my students, but watching the watercolors do thier dance on the paper was new and so exciting to me. I hope my paintings evoke emotion, as I paint from my heart, things that are beautiful and meaningful to me.

Painting has been a great gift in my life. My techniques and media continue to evolve and change, but the magic never goes away.
